Radiesse® is a biostimulatory injectable composed of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres .
Upon injection, the gel provides immediate volume and structural support while the CaHA microspheres stimulate the body’s natural regenerative processes. These microspheres act as a scaffold for fibroblast infiltration, promoting neocollagenesis and the production of new extracellular matrix components, including collagen making it an excellent option for facial balancing, structural restoration, and healthy aging.

This result was achieved using a multimodality treatment approach consisting of Dysport®, facial dermal fillers, and biostimulatory injectables including Sculptra® and Radiesse®. By addressing muscle activity, volume loss, and collagen depletion simultaneously, we were able to create a more balanced, refreshed, and natural-looking outcome.
